I tried many online laptop recycling quotation sites but kwam-IT stood out for me. Very easy to use and very clear guidance on condition etc. I was personally contacted by Oly who provided an increased quotation. Other sites provided less and one more, however I was concerned that the other site would drop their price on receipt of the laptop and this was commonly referred to reviews. The process from start to finish was smooth and great customer service from kwam-iT. Postage box was with me within 48 hours and I walked 5 mins to my local hermes drop off point and within about 3 days the laptop had been received by kwam-iT and payment issued. Fully recommended.

The box I ordered took awhile to arrive and when I sent it off took 4 total days (+2 weekend days) to arrive back at kwam-it.

They offered a 5% early bird for packaging and delivering it quickly before 7th Dec and I delivered to a the nearest Hermes drop-off on the 6th, and I don't know if I received it or not.

Very fast and payment was instant, was gutted payment was £20 less then quote, but still accepted offer and receive in 10 minutes of acceptance,thank u :)

Very simple transaction. Entered basic details of laptop. Printed postage label Dropped it into local pick up point. They sent me payment direct to paypal, all within a few days. The best bit was they upped their price by 20% when they received laptop. Almost unheard of nowadays. Very Satisfied.

Easy enough process, from getting a box to wrapping it up and posting. Would have liked to get more money for the device but otherwise, very good service. The free Haribos gave the process a human touch and I would definitely recommend using Kwam-it
