Hi Paula, I’m pleased to hear that we had the right products for you :) but I am sorry to hear about the delivery operator but we use APC to deliver our parcels and they employ their own drivers to deliver the parcels we send but I will pass this information onto APC themselves but once again I am sorry to hear that he was rude. - Alfie
