Like the artwork but would like to offer some feedback.

This may be a long review so apologies in advance. I was invited to write this review after my artwork was completed.

It took awhile to decide to purchase from you guys after contacting a few companies i finally settled on you. The reason for this was mostly based on your portfolio and the price A lot of the artwork i saw in the profile did happen to be along the lines of the artwork i was looking for; that being dark and grungy but with colorful highlights either lime green or yellow.

After i submitted the artwork i get an email from an artist on the 4th working day with the first draft of the artwork. This was provided on Dropbox and i was able to comment directly on the artwork. I placed my list of revisions and sent and email back.

The artist got back in touch and worked through all of these edits before i had to approve this again before he went on to mock up the bundle in this style. I loved the bundle straight away the only few items i needed changing was my overlay and intro. I did provide a soundtrack for the guys to use on my intro but they didnt use it as i could not provide the license for this to proove that i can use it. This wasn't an issue as i will just put this on my self in after effects later.

With regards to the overlay i was happy to see that this was modular but i did need to tweak the webcam. I do use a 4:3 webcam as i dont feel the 16:9 is needed . I wanted them to add last donator and top donator underneath the webcam which they did.

After this i then asked as to how long i have to provide them with any more revisions that i needed and they emailed back and stated 7 days. I felt that this was more than enough time to review all of my artwork. They also stated that if it is a small tweak they will be able to fix this for me.

tldr: Great artwork and positive revision system. The only thing i would like they to improve on would be to provide me with access to some documentation or a help desk where i can find how to apply my POPUP tiles as i havn't used streamlabs yet.

Would 100% use this service again!

I was recommended to this service by a friend and all i can say is that it was a perfect recommendation. There are a couple of companies out there that promise to do Twitch / YouTube artwork but i have been burned by one before in the past so i did go into this a little nervous. I first contacted the company via their DM service on their site and somebody got back to me within the hour. We talked through my designs and i was more than happy to go ahead and place an order.

You do have to pay upfront for the service and the support staff explained this is because they receive so many orders but he did assure me they have an unlimited revisions policy so i was more than happy to place this order.

After placing my order they got back to me within 5 working days with a first workable draft. From here i chose which one i liked the best and they went ahead and mocked up the entire bundle in this style! A working day later they uploaded all of this to dropbox and i have been using it ever since!

Loved everything about this bundle. It was quick, to the point and offered me revisions.

There was a slight internal delay that increased the time that it took to receive my product, but the end result was well worth the wait. Thanks so much for the amazing graphics. I will recommend and probably use again in the future!

Very professional work done. I had a very different idea of what I wanted in the beginning, but they took my suggestions and presented something I never knew I wanted. These guys are very accommodating to your satisfaction with the end product. I will definitely return for any other graphics needs I may need.
