I had high expectations an excellent job would be done from all the communication from the company.
The roof is water tight but quality of work not 100% as a number of securing screws missed their joists, insulation board not taped at the joints, some residue from old top coat showing in the finished coat and there are a couple of spots where water sits due to the way fibreglass was laid.

Contacted Regal Roofing after a leak appeared in our bedroom, within 5 hours of contacting Mr Hodges a written quotation was produced after inspection of our roof and was accepted by our insurance company and immediate work was initiated. Scaffolding was erected and roof repairs carried out. Extremely clean workmanship even using a garden vac to remove spoils from the lawn. After the repair was finished a guarantee certificate was produced and further visits were made to us to make sure the leak was repaired after rain. Have to say this guy is a credit to the building profession and would recommend him.
