I have been using VPOP3 since Version 1 way back in 1999, since then I have updgraded regularly and am currently using the latest version. I have only ever required support during an upgrade once and this was provided very quickly and effectively. The VPOP3 built-in help is some of the best of any software that I have used.

5 Stars, Paul is amazing at what he does. We've been clients for close to 10 years and recently he's had to do a LOT to help me as I'm sort of stranded on my own with no other IT personell to assist me in my day to day duties and I'm not a certified MS tech, a simple support gal.
