The idea is quite nice but the service around it is terrible!! Goods are shipped once a day, and at the end of the day, making it impossible for next day deliveries, although they do charge you for it. The tracking system is equally defective, you receive an email when the item is shipped but not when it is delivered????
The only good thing about it is that Customer service replies really fast, unfortunatelly they are not helpfull...
After 8 days, my friend has not yet received the choco telegram, so I cannot give an opinion on the actual product.

Hi Ana,
I am sorry you reviewed us poorly. Goods are shipped once a day because it is a personalised product. Each product is made by hand which takes time. Next day delivery is possible. You chose this option but unfortunately there was an issue with the address you provided so Royal Mail had to send it back. I have now looked into the address you provided. I can see that the postcode you provided was incorrect which is why your recipient did not receive their box. It is critical when making an order to provide the correct delivery information. I'm sorry that it didn't work this time.

Hi Dorothy, I am sorry you did not receive your gift. We looked into your order and discovered that the reason it did not arrive is because the postcode you gave us was incorrect. Unfortunately that means Royal Mail will not know where to deliver it. I am sorry to disappoint.

I discovered this site after panicking that other personalised chocs were unavailable. Morse Toad were much easier to use though a little more restricted . AlthoughI I declined their offer to email a list of names and addresses and completed each order using their form. Next time I think I feel confident enough to go for the list. As far as I'm aware all 12 orders got to their destinations. I has tried the chocolate myself yummy
