I was really disappointed with the item. The look and feel of the product did not match my expectations at all. What looks very beautiful and unique in the images online felt and looked to me quite cheap and plasticy in real life. That said my refund was dealt with quickly so can’t fault customer service.

I was looking for a necklace that was a bit "different/quirky" and my favourite animal is the elephant, so when I saw this necklace I knew it was the one for me. I love wearing it and people comment all the time on how nice it looks.

The necklace is beautiful, and looks exactly like the picture. However, It is EXTREMELY delicate! One of the necklaces I purchased broke as I was taking it out of the package. The small pieces of the succulent plant cracked off just by me removing it from the package. The shop owner was extremely kind enough to refund me for the broken necklace. As stated above, the Jewelry is beautiful and I would purchase from this shop again.
