We had the most amazing experience with this company. I can't thank them enough especially the 2 engineers who delivered the bed
Firstly the bed arrived earlier than expected so we weren't there to empty my mother in laws room. ( She is 91). No problem. The engineers phoned us. They moved what they needed to and put the old bed outside. By the time we got there it was all set up and ready to go. My partner who had had a flare up of an ongoing condition on that day was struggling. Again no problem the engineers loaded his truck up with the old bed. Whilst they were doing this my mum in law had a funny turn. One of the engineers left what he was doing and helped me. They stayed with us until she was ok. Cant thank these guys enough. Nothing was to much trouble. Very caring.
As for the bed it is absolutely amazing can't fault it at all. Everything was explained to us. The service from start to finish was amazing. The bed was more than we had hoped for. Would definitely recommend this company. Cant give them enough praise. Mum in law is so happy with her bed. Thank you Ladbrook beds

We have had our bed about 3 months now and it is great. It was initially bought for me as I suffer very badly with arthritis. We have a split mattress, and my husband who can sleep almost anywhere says it is the most comfortable sleep, he never wakes up with a backache any more either. If you need an adjustable bed this is the company to use. No pushy salesmanship, just great advice on what would be the best bed for your needs. Charlotte was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, giving us her time to decide exactly what we needed.

Recently purchased a 4ft electric bed. Ordering process good. Bed and mattress are excellent. Delivery team were very good and removed old bed. Ordered for delivery in 7-10 days paying the additional £250 which seemed a bit steep but needed the bed asap. Took delivery on day 16 so not as quick as promised but still happy with product

The service I have received is highly recommended from ordering to delivery and installing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the guy who delivered and installed my bed was very polite and talked me through using the reclining mattress.

I was updating my Laybrook bed, because I needed one that I could raise for my PAs. I had the old bed for about 10 years and was extremely happy with its reliability. I also wanted a ripple mattress. Laybrook delivered my order efficiently as promised. Unfortunately the ripple mattress was the bariatric type and I am small, so it didn’t suit me and caused me serious pain and health problems. Louise in Customer Services was so helpful. When there was a slight hiccup in the exchange, she delivered a memory foam mattress personally, and arranged pickup and a full refund for the ripple mattress. Thanks Louise!
