Although I am pleased with the bed I originally requested a sprung mattress with up grade for memory foam topper. I was talked into having the full memory foam mattress as this was better for the bed mechanism. I was also told that I had the option to change my mind within a 7 day period. The memory foam was awful and I phoned to get it replaced with my original request. The company agree to this but it took 3 weeks to get them, and these work very well with tmechanism.

Quality of bed: Superb. We are delighted with our purchase.
Appearance of bed: Simple, unfussy, elegance, also with no fabric on headboard much better mite control.
Comfort of bed: Wonderful. Before we had a very expensive Tempur mattress, and I woke most mornings with lower back pain. Your superior sprung mattress is much better, and I wake pain free. My wife sleeps much better on her firm edge reflex mattress.
Lifting/tilting mechanism: Quiet, effective, dependable. Used mostly for reading at night.
Backlit wireless remotes: Ace! Love the little torch, very good for going to the loo at night. 100%.
Massage system: Tested, but not used much yet. But it's there if we need it.

We are very pleased with the appearance and comfort of the adjustable and carer beds we purchased for our aunt and uncle.They beds are functional but look very smart in the bedroom and not at all like usual hospital type beds. The two men who delivered the beds and set them up were both very kind, professional and efficient and they were both very patient and kind, engaging well with our aunt who has memory problems.
