I've bough from Paul in past and had positive experiences. I just purchase a 1 year upgrade, for $15.00, a bargain but my needs are simple. I'd be lucky to use 10% of program features. My problem is I am confused by directions as I cannot get program out of "Lite" mode and have no access to my original license, I did not receive a new license and the server did not do an auto update that I was expecting..

Shopping experience is fine. The software is good. The support is a bit lacking. People have asked multiple times about updated documentation for SongKong via the container station install for QNAP NAS products and to this date (going on 4 months) this still hasn't been addressed. That almost 4 months of people not having a concrete method to install a product they have purchased. I've went as far as uploading screenshots of my experience to assist in the production of said documentation but the forum rules have hamstrung my capabilities in providing assistance. So where does this leave the end user? Disechanted to say the least.

Hi Alexander, so it is worth noting that using the docker version of SongKong, docker versions of other software usually just have generic instructions whereas we have gone the extra mile and provided specific synlogy, qnap and unraid instructions. Now qnap have updated their container station software and this means the installation of SongKong looks different but is essentially the same. This new version of container station is not available for qnap we have so asked you for some screenshots that you provided, we then asked a follow up question and I am still waiting for a response https://community.jthink.net/t/songkong-on-qnap/11742 Im not aware of the forum restrictions preventing you posting a reply but yo can send an email to support@jthink.net instead if you like so we can resolve the issue

Hi Alex, thankyou for your review, but I'm surprised you say Jaikoz creates mistakes since it is very rare that Jaikoz or SongKong actually adds incorrect data.

Hi John, if it cannot find any of your classical music that points to an issue with your configuration or file organisation since although we don't have 100% coverage in our databases it is usually about 80% for classical (90% for popular music). Could you please run Create Support Files from the Help menu so that I can help you with this.
