Very pleased with our flat move - they arrived on time and moved all our stuff without damage. The text messages from Find My Man and Van to confirm the booking and subsequent reminders were a nice feature.

Excellent service

Originally had booked for a 2 hour slot, however the removal men was told it was a set job. This meant there were a few disputes over the amount they were willing to move. This did mean quite a few boxes got left at our old address in which we had to move ourself. However with what they did move was very well done and to a good standard.

I would give 5 star to the driver, Andy, because he was very helpful and polite.
But the company, G-move, was not as good. The owner called me in the morning to confirm the booking, i clearly asked via phone for two guys helping (my booking was for driver and helper, so i tought i had two people helping) so he confirmed the booking. He called me again in the afternoon, pretending he did'nt call me in the morning and trying to arrange a new booking, being very rude and unhelpful, then when i mentioned this website he changed behaviour and said that was a misunderstanding, because he was very busy and confused me with another person, by the way he did'nt admit he called in the morning and confirmed everything already. At the end, when the van came, there was only One guy, i was surprised, then he explained that driver+helper (at least for them) means that the driver Is also a helper, not two people helping. If so, the guy that called me twice, George, could have explain this ti me, but he did'nt.
Thanks to Andy, altough was a hard job we did everything on time, but i will never use G-move again.
