If you do finance for a Church or charity then this is the software for you. I've worked with QuickBooks for years, but we felt it never really understood our needs as a Church. I was worried about the change over (as I felt a little like a dinosaur), but I didn't need to worry. The change was challenging, but Expense Plus supported us all the way. We love the ease of access, people being able to view their own budgets, the reminders about missing receipts etc. There's no way I'd go back to QuickBooks now. If you are not using Expenseplus yet, you will.

Expense plus is much more than an expense system; it's an excellent accounting suite for charities, recognising donations,enabling statements to be uploaded easily, and producing reports. Moving onto this from our previous software has meant we've been able to consolidate lots of processes - saving time and errors. It is intuitive to use and the support when there are problems is excellent. We would definitely recommend this product!

ExpensePlus has completely transformed the way we do our book keeping! Every church should be using this software. It's easy to use, efficient and reliable. The expense claiming process for our volunteers has been so well integrated with the digital receipt storage saves everyone space and time. The streamlined system for paying bills and matching them to the bank accounts has drastically reduced book keeping time while giving us confidence our books are accurate. The ability to 'drill' down into the data of a particular spending category and accurately report on budget spending has been very useful...all the information you need is at your figure tips at any moment. To top it off, it has a super helpful customer services that are quick to answer our questions. Try it, you'll never look back!

ExpensePlus is a joy to use! it's intuative, user friendly design combined with fantastic functionality has simplified our book-keeping and saved us considerable time. ExpensePlus has transformed our book keeping and financial management. It is accountancy for non-accountants. Very easy to use and the data is easily seen and can be changed within the programme with simplicity. The receipt storage saves me, as a treasurer, hours of work checking and verifying spend and the loading of bank statements and reconciling at the end of the month is now a ten minute task. The reports are instant, so a monthly spend report can be issued as quick as you can reconcile day one of the next month. The server access is a boon and usable via most tablets, mobile phones and PC’s, the only barrier is your own WiFi access. The layout is clear and the menus are easy to use and appears to be adapting rapidly as more ideas get actioned. I have at least six people entering expenses on a regular basis and after a short introduction it flows with ease. The support is above and beyond anything I have experienced before and its great talking to people that are fully conversant with the world of Church and Charity financial obligations.
I cannot praise the system and people highly enough.
