I first decided to use Ernest Brooks after hearing good reviews about them with New Homes stock also knowing of the international offices they have which seems to be where the market is.
I was certainly not disappointed. They were extremely professional with managing the sales of my property, never promised something they could not achieve and constantly kept me up to date with the sale progress.
Clear and honest in valuing my property and never promised me something he could not achieve. I know first hand that thats not the case with other agents who just want flats that go on the shelf, they kept me up to date and assured me with progress.
Prompt, reliable and honest advise - wish i came to these guys sooner!

Maciej was absolutely epic. I was moving from Czech back to London and didn't have time to view the apartment before moving, I was particular in the apartment type I wanted and he did everything he could to make the process fantastic. He videoed the apartment too and sent me the video so I wasn't getting the fish-eye apartment view that many companies use. The video actually made the apartment look better than pictures.
