Ernest-Brooks have been amazing from the start of my 'looking to rent' process, through to now with any small issues that arise. They are highly professional and act quickly, even with getting my agreed tenancy contract to me. Victor has acted promptly at being the middle man and liaising with different people to ensure quick action is taken when issues arise, i.e. our fridge stopped working and Victor pushed for this to be replaced to ensure no further issues. The communication from Ernest-Brooks has always been prompt and helpful.
