The service was personable and helpful, , the price was very good and the delivery was quick. However I did ask if this fairly expensive Tent had a Mesh front door and was told it did. I only found out it doesn't after I had unboxed the tent an dragged it across a rough path to put it up. It was fairly disappointing and I would have returned the tent but by that stage the bag and wheels were unavoidably scuffed. I probably would not have bought this model tent if I had know the correct answer. It was I'm sure an easy mistake to make but it was also an important one to get right.
