Thanks to the helpful advice in store, I looked at tents I hadn’t previously considered and found the perfect one. Ordering online was easy and I had regular updates on delivery time. The only downside was that the delivery company chose to ignore info on where to leave the packages.

Very good customer service. Received a call explaining my order wouldn't come until the following week with it being a bank holiday and would I still like to continue which I was happy to do so. Order arrived (a beach shelter) which I am very pleased with. Easy to put up after initial first attempt. We've already used it at the beach and was perfect. Thank you Devon outdoor. Nice to see a business with good customer service still.

Bought a Kampa chow cook set but the pin was damaged on the handle ,It was replaced but since getting it home both the handles have faulty pins so now both broken i will look at repairing them myself it is a poor design fault so no fault of the retailer , customer service very good just a not well made product
