I recently needed to purchase a tent carpet that was as close a match to my tent as possible as the specific one for my tent was no longer being sold. When I rang the store were really helpful, getting the carpet from their warehouse, checking the measurement for me and then phoning me with it. The carpet arrived quickly and well packaged. Great service all round. Would definitely purchase from them again.

A good product and service. However, box for product was not in good condition on delivery, i.e. not possible to use the box to keep the product safe at home. Product worked well though, so not a significant problem.
