Great item - arrived well packaged and very promptly. Make sure you print off the installation instructions and they are all on line. The app installation is straight forward, but I’m not sure how well everything works yet as I haven’t moved the car. Great product so far.

From the time of my initial enquiry with Classic Tracker I have received good, swift communication and helpful information. This continued up to the point of installation of the unit in my vehicle which I entrusted with a company which was carrying out work to my vehicle. The installation,set-up according to the installer was smooth and the unit appears to be functioning as I would expect. At the current time I have not activated the security position because the vehicle needs to be moved around the workshop and I do not wish to have false alarms activating. Nevertheless, as well as I can understand the unit is working satisfactorily.

Doesn't work in realtime on my phone across Europe. Although when I call the emergency desk they can see my car - the app on my phone cannot see the car though???

Would be nice to be able to add safe zones oneself as I work for myself and go to a number of different addresses sometimes 3 different ones in a week
Would be nice to have alerts come through especially when phone on silent overnight - like on an iPhone be a favourite so that sounds are audible overnight.

Firstly I got a great deal when I purchased my tracker because you had a club deal for the Medway Monkeys. It took us a while to fit it but it's on now and I am loving the piece of mind it gives me knowing that if the car moves from its safe zone, I am made aware and I have the ability to stop the engine from my phone. The app for my phone works well, it allows me to view everything the car has done and is user friendly. Nick has been amazing and so helpful when advising me on the phone. Overall I could not be happier with the product, software or the customer service I have received to date. I honestly cannot praise you highly enough and have already recommeded you to friends and I have out a post on my Skylines Facebook page about you. 10/10

Self install is not as easy as it is made in the video. Depending on where you locate the tracker and immobiliser relay (especially where suggested), needs additional cables and bullet connectors - none of which is supplied.
