Very poor customer service. Documents verification extremely slow. Link didn't work, after second lot supplied only after my phone call days later tured out address document wasn't suitable. They were advised on urgency for this order as it was birthday gift.Furthermore a charge of 1% was placed on my account as I wanted to cancel due time it took. Currently I don't have money I paid and my order either.
