Although I have given 5* I have given that for the extremely fast delivery and the beautiful packaging. However the shoes were nothing special. I ordered the white trainers with pink. Having read the write up about them I was expecting a wider fit for my bunion feet. They promised to be EE or EEE fit. The trainers were lovely looking but as soon as I put them on I found them to be no wider than an ordinary pair. I tried walking in them and my bunions started to 'complain'. Sadly they have been returned. I thought it was too good to be true.

I really wanted these shoes to be comfortable but I am afraid they are not. I don’t have bunions, I have a small bunionette on each outer little toe. When I measured my feet, (using the Calla guide), I was told that my feet are not wide at all and that I should choose standard width shoes. But these shoes I purchased are too narrow; there is no support for the sole or heel of the foot as they are so hard/flat on the surface; the shoe doesn’t reach high enough up the foot and so when you walk, it cuts across the sides of the outer toes. Overall, I am dissatisfied with these shoes having worn them only twice, but never again. Sorry.

Excellent company to deal with. Had a personal problem which meant I was unable to return within the stipulated time and when I contacted Calla to advise of this and they allowed me to return without question. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the shoes perfect product and excellent quality I would happily use again .

I returned the first pair of boots(wrong size,myfault)and kept the second pair because they fit, and I felt embarrassed about having already returned a pair, but I cannot bring myself to wear them. They are really wide around the ankle-I have seen more glamorous wellies! They look terrible with skinny jeans. Note to Calla: not all women with bunions have fat ankles!
