It’s fantastic getting products from the uk and as a celiac so good as choice in Canada is so limited. Only gave a 3 star rating as the wraps I order (3 packets) were over a week out of date which was a real shame. Otherwise would definitely use the service again!

They have a good range of products and their prices are, on the whole, lower than those of another, more well-known, UK shopping site. I would have given them 5 stars were it not for the bizarre shipping arrangements. They specify that delivery is with Parcelforce but only part of my order was shipped with Parcelforce. I received that part of my order within a few days of dispatch. However the rest of my order was sent overland with DPD. Unfortunately that part of the order contained products with a short best before date and I did not receive that shipment until well past the best before date. They said that the Parcelforce lorry had an accident on the day on which that part of the order was due to be dispatched and so they sent it with DPD instead. I found that to be bizarre as they could still have sent it with Parcelforce within the following few days and it would still have been delivered earlier than it was with DPD.
