Very disappointed with how the gift set (Ultimate Gin Lovers) arrived - it looked like someone had sat on the box, and had thrown the tote bag in afterwards as an afterthought. It would be one thing if it had been part of the monthly subscription service, but this was clearly marketed as a gift set. I am now reluctant to give it to my mother-in-law as it looks damaged.
I can't comment on the quality of the gin itself - it looks nice but in hindsight it seems a bit expensive for what you actually get. I'm sure it will taste ok.
I was also unable to track the order, which was quite irritating.
Such a shame as I love to support small makers and artisans!

The lovely drinks are fab and delivered to local post office in our absence.
The delivery of the chorizo sausage was a nightmare requiring several phone calls to get it delivered. On delivery it was much smaller than expected and therefore very expensive for its size.

I phoned prior to placing the order to ask if the coffee I was getting for my husband for Christmas could be gift boxed. I was assured that the chap I spoke to would pass the request onto their despatch department and it would happen. Imagine my disappointment when my order turned up in a normal cardboard box which isn't great for a gift!! If it wasn't possible I would rather they had told me.
