Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
I just had a look at your order details and the gift you purchased contained cheese. As per our delivery terms we don't ship gifts containing cheese on a Friday (when you placed the order) and the cheese risks spoiling whilst in our courier depot over the weekend.
The order was shipped on the Monday, which was the earliest date to ensure the cheese was kept in great condition and delivered on the following day.
I hope the gift was enjoyed despite arriving a day later than you expected. As always don't hesitate to get in touch if you ever have any delivery questions in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear that delivery was later than you expected.
I've had a look at your order and can see that you paid for Next Working Day delivery, the order was placed on Thursday evening so we shipped on Friday for Monday delivery.
I think that Saturday or Sunday delivery may have been what you were hoping for - for future reference these are available to choose in the checkout, there's just a small additional charge for weekend delivery.
I hope the gift was well received :)
