The items I ordered were described as out of the box but did not mention any damage. All 3 of the Funkos I bought had marks, dirt and scratches on them. I raised this as a problem through the contact form and was told I could return it. No apology for the condition of the item or refund offered due to false advertising. One of the items I ordered arrived with what looks like soy sauce on it! Really poor quality control. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
