Matt and the team at bamboogiant were amazing!!! I sent him so many questions asking different things and it took me a few months to actually order but when I did I wasn’t disappointed. The bamboo are exactly what I was after and does exactly what I wanted. Its all looks really healthy and we got really great advise even a week after receiving them we had a friendly email to remind us to water them! I received a dispatch email and wasn’t going to be in on the day of delivery so Matt agreed to hold the parcel back for a week for when I would be in which was really helpful. If you are considering ordering from bamboogiant then do it! Really great value for money and can’t fault the service.

Great advice from Matt before buying. Ordered on the Friday, delivered on the Tuesday after! Excellent , healthy looking bamboo at a good price, was definitely better than the bamboo I’d seen recently at a number of garden centres! Would definitely recommend and will buy again from here, thankyou
