I recently purchased your PRINCE2 course and would just like to say how good it was. The website is very professional, easy to navigate and simple to use. The presenter (Jackie Hewett) is excellent. Professional, engaging, clear and concise. The course is so well laid out in bite sized chunks and what I particularly like is the hints & tips re the most important bits to learn. I thought the course was good at the time, but this has only been reinforced by my experience of an ITIL course through a different provider. What a mistake! (Unfortunately your company were not offering a Groupon offer and I am on limited funds as I am not currently working). The presenter is annoying, stumbles over his words and just reads off a laptop. Everything is in bullet points and the sections are very long. I have no idea what are the most important bits to learn and there are no test questions at the end of each chapter. I have had to try and find supplementary info on the internet and I not confident I would pass the exam I would and would recommend Balance Global anytime.

Highly recomend for anyone planning to train and get PRINCE2 certified.. A few times in some of the slides the sound dropped out on my iphone but desktop was fine. Ive prevoiusly attended classroom based training and prefer this on line version. Great work balance global.

Focused on required learning while retaining the context and information surrounding each topic so not just exam driven although it does that very well. I would recommend this to people new to ITIL and those with experience who want the certification. Balance have been great in supporting my needs too - great team.

The booking of the exam was very easy. I was very pleased that I could even take the exam at the early hours of the morning when I could be sure of absolute silence at home. The exam process went very well. The Foundation course I purchased from balance global helped me to ace the exam. Highly recommended.

I have only recently purchased this product, but from what I can see so far I am very impressed. The presenter is excellent. Really clear, engaging voice which holds your interest. Well laid out in bite sized learning chunks, which makes studying less onerous and you feel like you are getting somewhere fast. Good instructions. Easy to use. Informative. Highlighted learning points. Tests to check your progress. Ability to ask technical questions or subject questions to the presented. So far so good. Pleased with purchase.

I’ve got both Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner online. I have got a brilliant assistance with a team replying all my queries in less than 2 hours and the price was much less than other companies. Thank you Balance Global.

Overall, I thought the PRINCE2 Foundation (including Exam) was a very good purchase.

If you are considering buying this course, then just remember that it's quite tough in the early areas of the course but it does make sense when you complete the course. It's very much like a pattern, that the more you learn in the course - the more it makes sense.

I also passed my examination with a 78% score and I would recommend taking other questions from the internet to help practice the material. I also took the exam from home, which was odd but again worked first time and I also took my exam on a Friday evening - so didn't even need to book time off work.

Only negative was the Articulate video player, which on a mobile only works on an iPhone or iPad. On an android device, the app just continually crashes and everyone is reporting the same on the Android app store - so I had to use an iPhone / iPad to watch the course. I would hope that Balance Global, look to change that software and move to something more supported as it's not their problem but it limits mobile use.

So all in all, eLearning doesn't beat attending a course in person - but it was very good and I would recommend it, especially that the price I paid was very competitive and I ended up with the certification in about three weeks from starting it.

The course is great however it’s difficult to communicate with the instructor and there’s no notification advising that she has replied. Questions need to be added under the slides and you have to remember where the slide was to be able to check whether the instructor has replied.

I started Prince2 Foundation training and after 15 days, sat and passed the exam. I was initially unsure about the course, but it was the best online course I've ever taken. The trainer was brilliant.

Good way to learn and undertake Prince 2 exam. online test exams and lesson tests are useful. There could be more, but it is sufficient to succeed in the exam. The lessons are like powerpoint presentations, no contact with real teacher, but it worked for me since one can do ones own time management.

Good and easy way of learning. I only went through the online video course. There is no interaction with a real person. So if you ned this it would be your thing. Explanations are good and the structure well developed and easy to follow. It is very condensed, which I liked. Each section has a test, which however has some times the same questions twice, so it is not 100% bug free. All in all good value for money for taking Prince 2.

I was originally a little sceptical but the online tuition was good, excellent book content (I purchased separately) and the online exam was easy to arrange and take.

Balance Globals guide to the steps to take, wrt booking exams etc, are occasionally wrong. A little annoying at the time but email assistance is within a day. No issue was left unresolved. Will happily undertake further certifications with Balance Global.

I have only just started, however from what I can see it's great. I have learnt lots already.
