We recently purchased an electrical powered Laybrook bed and are extremely pleased and impressed by the range of sleeping positions it provides. It is very comfortable and dread having to sleep in a conventional bed after this.

the engineers were very pleasant and professional. they installed the bed very quickly and were also very tidy. my new bed is very well made. its sturdy and very comfy. I love nothing better than snuggling up with my puppy dawg in it watching movies.

Given one star as can't give no stars, wanted a turning bed for my mother to give her the independence of getting in and out her bed without help especially in the night, we had a demonstration which arrived and set up, we were shown the sequence and how to operate the the bed, my mother had as many times to operate until happy with how it operates, we chose all the relevant colours and mattress, where the bed would sit and direction of the turn, ordered the bed, was given a time of delivery of 3 to 4 weeks, over 5 weeks we had heard nothing, got in touch with Laybrook, was told that they were waiting on parts and materials to be delivered, no correspondence of updates, rent for the bed for one month then a final payment to buy the bed, seems that cooling off is not an option, we asked for the bed to be returned after 10 days as my mother couldn't get comfortable in the bed, had problems with how or where to place the duvet while getting in and out as she has limited mobility, none of this was shown how, having to pay for the return and not having any part of the one full month's rent, demonstration for a couple of hours is definitely not enough for this type of bed, we have just ordered another bed from another company, we payed the full price, we get the bed delivered in around 6 weeks, then we have it for upto 14 days, cooling off period starts when we get the bed, if we're not happy with it or can't get on with it, we get the bed returned and get our full payment reimbursed, this option is not available with Laybrook, all they want is your money, Dick Turpin comes to mind, I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know if I want to keep them as friends and family.

Our Laybrook delivery team arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and capable in setting up the engineering of the bed. All the features were explained patiently and we feel very confident that it will be a good investment as it’s very comfortable and has a range of settings, making life easier for a disabled customer getting in and out of bed.

Excellent product for the price, easy transaction, delivery and installation. The bed works just as needed. The only negative is in the design whereby the mattress sits fully on top of the base with nothing to prevent it moving sideways - whereas a previous, much more pricey, brand of bed allowed a recessed mattress position kept in place by the bedframe. However, the problem arises more during bedmaking than in operation of the bed, so a fairly minor annoyance!

We purchased a very nice wooden frame bed with duel adjustable matrasses. The bed looks like a normal piece of high quality furniture but with all the features of a bed that would normally be associated with a bed you might expect to find in a care setting. The bed is very comfortable and allows my wife who suffers with M.S to find a perfect position to help get comfortable and relieve pain. The bed was very competitively priced when compared to HSL and the design is very contemporary. It is Ideal for a younger person who has additional care needs but still wants a modern looking home. We also purchased a riser recliner chair, my wife is very pleased with how comfortable it is and how the duel motors allow her to stand more easily and put her feet up when she wants to relax. We visited the showroom in Bister and the salesperson was very helpful and friendly and there was no pressure to buy or to push us into a credit agreement. The delivery men were on time, polite and assembled the furniture with no fuss at all. If you need a bed or chair because of disability or reduced mobility I would highly recommend Laybrook based on our experience buying from them.

The service from Laybrook has been exemplary. The only reason I've not given 5 stars, is the issue we had initially with sliding mattresses. Being lowered onto the bed via a stand-aid caused the mattresses to move. A call to Laybrook sorted the issue as we were sent 4 mattress retainers which stopped the issue. We wondered why they hadn't been supplied with the bed. We're very happy with the bed.

I was really impressed from start to finish. Really helpful when deciding which bed and mattress to choose. The delivery was prompt and the men were very good and careful when assembling the bed. I can truly say all the staff we had contact with were very professional.

We had a great experience with this company and although the delivery was slightly delayed, the bed is beautiful and very comfortable. The engineer was very efficient and in no time the bed was constructed and ready to go. Would highly recommend this company.
