The riser recliner bed has made a big difference to my husband's in being able to get out of bed, especially at night, when his Parkinson's mobility is worse.

Ordered the Richmond extra long adjustable bed. The bed arrived with the wrong base and as a consequence the bed collapsed on us. The fitters did not know what to do. The base was damaged. They did sort out a new base and surround for us. They mentioned compensation but we have not heard anything from them

I am very pleased with my new electronically adjustable bed. I can easily make adjustments to get a comfortable nights sleep. As I suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) it would normally be difficult to find a suitable sleep position throughout the night. With my new bed, I can not only easily find the comfortable position to fall asleep, but also adjust it through the night with very little conscious effort.

My 88 year old Mother was not looking forward to sleeping in her front room due to illness, but the bed we got changed all that . She loves her new bed and find it really comfortable. The man that came to deliver/assemble it couldn’t have been nicer ! All in all a great experience
We recently purchased an electrical powered Laybrook bed and are extremely pleased and impressed by the range of sleeping positions it provides. It is very comfortable and dread having to sleep in a conventional bed after this.

the engineers were very pleasant and professional. they installed the bed very quickly and were also very tidy. my new bed is very well made. its sturdy and very comfy. I love nothing better than snuggling up with my puppy dawg in it watching movies.
Given one star as can't give no stars, wanted a turning bed for my mother to give her the independence of getting in and out her bed without help especially in the night, we had a demonstration which arrived and set up, we were shown the sequence and how to operate the the bed, my mother had as many times to operate until happy with how it operates, we chose all the relevant colours and mattress, where the bed would sit and direction of the turn, ordered the bed, was given a time of delivery of 3 to 4 weeks, over 5 weeks we had heard nothing, got in touch with Laybrook, was told that they were waiting on parts and materials to be delivered, no correspondence of updates, rent for the bed for one month then a final payment to buy the bed, seems that cooling off is not an option, we asked for the bed to be returned after 10 days as my mother couldn't get comfortable in the bed, had problems with how or where to place the duvet while getting in and out as she has limited mobility, none of this was shown how, having to pay for the return and not having any part of the one full month's rent, demonstration for a couple of hours is definitely not enough for this type of bed, we have just ordered another bed from another company, we payed the full price, we get the bed delivered in around 6 weeks, then we have it for upto 14 days, cooling off period starts when we get the bed, if we're not happy with it or can't get on with it, we get the bed returned and get our full payment reimbursed, this option is not available with Laybrook, all they want is your money, Dick Turpin comes to mind, I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know if I want to keep them as friends and family.
