Cradle to Cradle is excellent - discovered them through their certification program, only to discover they also sell what they certify! Deliveries are prompt, emails are quickly responded to, and the first order included a lovely handwritten note. Real personal service in the digital age.

I was sent to this company in search of the current gold dust, Gnappies refills, and I was relieved to find they had them. While the price was higher than the amazon subscribe & save price we usually pay (about £8 more) I was happy to pay it as we'd run out and it wasn't that different. I didn't hear anything for a few days which worried me and eventually received an e-mail saying I'd receive dispatch details the following day. I was slightly concerned that they too were awaiting stock so emailed them that evening. I was amazed with the response: prompt and very helpful, they offered to jump on a train and bring them to our local station (over an hour on the train with 2 large boxes and 1 smaller one!) that night. Luckily we had found our remaining smalls were just working so we didn't need to be that drastic. They arrived two days later as promised. My only comment would be that I revisited the site the next day and the price had increased by nearly £10. To me, that's unnecessary even if you do fundamentally agree with supply and demand models. Overall very happy with this company and will certainly keep them as backup!

Absolutely excellent customer service and communication. Particularly from Paul who went above and beyond to make sure we didn't run out of gnappies with an 8 week old baby! A pleasure to deal with. I'll be buying from here again.
