Excellent same day service, would definitely use again

I have used this company on three separate occasions in the past year and each time Mr Nicholson has proved to be very efficient, on time and the work has been well done. I would highly recommend him as my jobs have all been small but urgent and he has always completed them.

The service offered here was first class. The window in the Upvc door of my morher in law’s house had been smashed and needed replacing. It was sourced and replaced by Dennis and at all times he kept Doreen informed, in particular letting her know when he was coming to the house. This was important to Doreen who aged 93 and very hard of hearing becomes anxious when people call. Well done Dennis.

This is the 2nd time we have used Castle Lock. Mr Nicholson came out when he said he would, identified the problem and fixed it - at what I thought was a reasonable price for the time he spent and providing the part. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else.
